January to April:

 

January is special in Oman because of the Muscat festival, which starts from the end of January and lasts until mid-February. In April, the roses bloom on the top of Jebel Al Akhdar(green mountain) which offers great views. Also, you can go camping or hiking on this mountain during this time of the year.
